Your order will be ready for shipment within one business day, and delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. For example, if you order on a Monday evening, the package will be shipped on Tuesday and often arrives on Wednesday, but it can also be delayed until Friday.
(EU/NON-EU)
The delivery time is 3-8 working days.
Yes, but only for shipping within Germany. There's the "Express Shipping Mon-Thurs" option for €16.99. If you select this option when placing your order Mon-Thurs by 1:30 PM, your shipment will arrive the next business day. If you select this option on a Friday or Saturday, your shipment will arrive on Monday or Tuesday, respectively. There's also the "Express Shipping Saturday" option for €24.99. With this option, you're guaranteed to receive your order on Saturday if it's placed by 1:30 PM on Friday.
Public holidays are generally excluded from express shipping.

Shipping costs a flat rate of €3.99 per order and is free for orders over €49.

We also ship to all other European countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered products and are as follows:
up to 1kg €8.99
up to 5kg €13.99
Shipping is free for orders over €159.
(NON-EU)
We also ship to countries outside the EU. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and are as follows:
up to 1kg = €9.99
up to 5kg = €19.99

Free returns are a privilege reserved for large online shops. As we are still a young and small company, we simply cannot bear the return shipping costs ourselves. Furthermore, large shops typically include return shipping costs in their product prices from the outset, which is how they can offer and advertise free returns. However, since returns have increased dramatically in recent years, more and more companies are abandoning this service.
